Within 14 days, you can replace or return your purchase for a full refund if you change your mind. Gift cards and earrings (due to hygienic concerns) cannot be returned.

Returns can be easily processed through your customer account, and items must be returned in their original, unworn packaging.
Returns are processed in 14 days, and money is credited back to your account in 10 days. You will need to return both goods to us if you received a free gift with your transaction and you would like a refund.
